Big Changes for 2025
Off-Site Sales Only
We plan to conduct a few sales on our property in rural Gregory. This will provide us with more flexibility, a relaxed atmosphere, a lot less travel time and more time for things we love to do like repurposing items and bringing new life to good quality treasures! We have enjoyed the on-site estate sale business and all the great friendships we have made over the years! I guess this is our way to remain involved in the business at a more relaxed pace!
Selected Buy Outs
We are always on the lookout for treasures like antiques, primitives, vintage Mid-Century collectibles, jewelry, art pottery, advertising collectibles, smaller pieces of antique/vintage furniture, yard & garden, etc. We will be doing select buyouts in order to create the quality of sales that we have done in the past, however we are not looking to do home cleanouts or estate sales for clients any longer.

Professional and Personalized Service
My family faced the challenge of emptying our parents’ house so it could be ready for sale. The house was filled with furniture, books, clothing, dishware, household supplies, and more. We contacted Denise and John who explained their process to us. We were to remove the items we wanted to keep from the house, and they would handle the rest. The process unfolded exactly as they said it would. From the beginning, we found Denise and John very helpful in answering our questions, and extremely easy to work with. In a 2-day estate sale, nearly all items in the house were sold. Denise and John removed the remaining items and transported them to local charities. Sometimes I get to go with my Grandma and Grandpa to go to the houses an help her get things set up for the sale. When we are done I can stand back and see how much we accomplished, knowing how hard we worked. We like to help people because some people do it by themselves. That’s where we come in!
